I joined Beam as the brand was carving out its place in a crowded wellness category, where every product seemed to promise better sleep, better energy, or a better version of you. My job was to make Beam’s products stand out without overselling what they could do.
The strategy: make the science simple, the benefits compelling, and the brand feel as good as the products looked. I led copy and messaging across launches, packaging, web, email, social, paid and retail—working closely with designers, regulatory teams and subject-matter experts to turn complex ingredients and research into language people could actually understand and trust.
For products like Beam Dream, I helped shape the story from the ground up: positioning the product, developing the ingredient narrative, interviewing sleep experts, and carrying that thinking through every consumer touchpoint. The result was a brand voice that could talk seriously about sleep and wellness without ever sounding clinical, preachy or like everyone else in the supplement aisle.
